Is your Inventory always fresh?
Yes, all our products will have minimum expiration dates of 6 months . Being a small business we keep limited inventory making sure the inventory is always fresh.
Do your refrigerated items ship with Ice pack?
Our refrigerated packing protects the bacteria from exposure to excesses of heat that may occur during shipping.We refrigerate our probiotics in the warehouse and during shipping.This is to prevent extremes and to maximize the potency of bacterial strains over time.While the Ice pack will thaw during shipping and the product may be warm to touch, the temperature maintained in the container is well below the level at which damage to the bacteria could occur.To maintain the benefits of the probiotics through the expiration date, it is suggested that the products be refrigerated as they are received.
We do not take returns on any probiotics or other refrigerated products.
How much time does it take for you to ship?
We strive to process orders in timely fashion but please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Delivery times are additional and may take from 1-5 business days depending on location in US. The tracking information email is generated automatically and is usually posted on your account within 6 hours after the order has been shipped.
How much do you charge for Shipping?:
Shipping is $6.95 for all orders of any size. All rates are within Contiguous US only, for any other place outside this please contact us at contact@zvitamins.com for more information on shipping charges. Our website does not allow multiple coupons to be used at one time.
What is your Refund Policy?:
Any unopened item purchased can be returned within 30 days from day of ship. Due to strict inventory control a 40% restocking fee will be applied. However, in the event a customer receives an incorrect item a full refund will be issued. When this happens, the invoice, or copy of, should be enclosed with the return. We do not provide call tags so the customer is responsible for shipping the products back. Product must be properly packed to insure safe return. All refrigerated items are non-returnable. These include Probiotics, Flax oils etc. among other refrigerated items.
